Here’s a quick and simple recipe that will save you money and heal your body.
1 cup of almonds
4 cups of filtered water
(Optional: Add fresh vanilla bean for flavor)
1. Blend until all almonds are ground.
2. Pour liquid through a cheese cloth or nut milk bag to capture all the almond remnants.
3. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate. Milk will last about 7-10 days.
Tip: Soak your almonds in filtered water for 6-8 hours for better digestibility, drain the water and rinse the almonds.
