I love guacamole! It’s such a great dip, spread, salad topper and is delicious with eggs. Sometimes I don’t have all the ingredients in to make the kind of guacamole I want, so I improvise. Today’s recipe was born that way. I didn’t have some of the ingredients I wanted to use, but guess what? It tasted so good that I had to share it with you! As you start BBQing and hosting summer parties, adding this super simple guacamole to grilled fish tacos or just as an appetizer with chopped veggies or organic chips is great way for your guests to leave raving about the food! This makes a great option for vegans, vegetarians and people who are health conscious too.
2 ripe avocados
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1 lime (juiced)
Salt + pepper to taste
Add all ingredients into a bowl, mix until desired consistency and enjoy!
